Since my last post, I was able to journal every day--which was my goal. I also was able to go to the gym twice this week so far. I think the exercise is really making a big difference.
Since Monday, I have lost about 3 pounds. Today was my lowest weigh in yet. I am hoping that my weight will stay this low and continue to drop.
Yeah! Thank You Lord! I really felt like I have been in a rut recently, and this week I was able to see a breakthrough. I am posting updated pictures as I have now hit the 20 lbs. lost mark. You can also see all my weight loss pictures together on facebook.

Weight left to lose: 16.4 lbs.
This was also a big milestone week for me. I was very encouraged because today's weigh it means I have lost all my Caleb pregnancy weight and am now at a health bmi. :o) Thank You God!
